 Weekly
bookings for both properties run from Saturday to Saturday, from 3.00 pm on the arrival day until 10.00 am on the
departure day. - Short breaks may be available for last minute bookings between November and mid March (excluding Christmas, New
Year and February half term). The minimum stay is three nights with prices from £110.00 per night. Short breaks may also
be offered at other times on a last minute basis.
- Christmas and New Year weeks in 2007 will run from 22 December and 29 December respectively.
- Our prices are in pounds GB inclusive of VAT. They are fully inclusive of central heating, hot water, electricity
and linen. Two bath and two hand towels are provided in each bathroom.
- A highchair and travel cot are available on request at no extra charge. The travel cot is suitable for children
aged two years and under only. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot.
- A non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the holiday is required at the time of booking. Reservations
will not be treated as confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance is payable on arrival. Payment can
be made by cheque or credit / debit card.
- Cancellation insurance is recommended as the full rental will be payable in the event of a late cancellation if
we are unable to re-let the property.
- We do not permit pets in our properties.
- Both properties are totally non-smoking.
- Our full terms and conditions, of which the foregoing are part, will be made available before your booking is
concluded.
